Using Apex Lucis, and subscribing to Apex Lucis Pro, is governed by three documents:

| App Store End User License Agreement | Apple’s standard licence terms that govern every App Store app, including Apex Lucis |
By using the app, or subscribing to Apex Lucis Pro, you agree to all three.
