Overview

The Clients section stores the people who book and pay you. Each client has a contact profile, booking history, and interaction timeline. Venues, crew and suppliers go in Contacts.

Finding a Client

Clients are grouped by the initial of their surname, with an alphabet index down the right edge of the list. Tap a letter to jump to it.

Use Search Clients at the top to filter by name, email or phone number. Results update as you type. The chips above the list narrow it to Recent, Returning or VIP clients.

Deleting a Client

Swipe a client in the list and tap Delete, or use Delete Client in their More menu. Apex Lucis asks first and says what goes with them: their bookings are kept, without a client, and any invoices are counted so you know what you are touching.
