Studio Bookings

Overview

If you hire a commercial photography studio rather than shooting on location, Studio Bookings tracks the reservation, the space specifications, and any equipment hired from the studio.

Studio Booking Statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Reservation enquired but not confirmed
Confirmed	Studio confirmed the booking
Completed	Booking has taken place
Cancelled	Booking will not go ahead

Accessing Studio Bookings

Planning tab → Studio Bookings

Creating a Studio Booking

1. Tap +
2. Enter:
   • Studio name
   • Address
   • Date and time
   • Duration type — Day rate / Half-day / Hourly
   • Rate — The studio’s charge
   • Status
3. Tap Save

Studio Booking Detail Screen (Four Tabs)

Overview Tab Date, time, duration, total cost, status.

Space Tab Studio specifications: square footage, ceiling height, background options, power outlets, natural light availability.

Equipment Tab Equipment hired from the studio (separate from your own gear):

• Camera hire
• Lighting hire
• Backdrop hire
• Other

Tap + Add Equipment to log a hired item with its cost.

Logistics Tab Practical details:

• Loading bay access
• Parking
• Key collection instructions
• Studio contact details
